Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reachlist ("the Service"), operated by Candour IT Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 9393510). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Reachlist is a tool that helps you discover businesses, retrieve publicly available business information, generate outreach message drafts, and manage your sales pipeline. We provide the Service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly at info@reachlistcrm.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund.
- We may change our prices from time to time. Any price changes will apply to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable laws (including UK GDPR and PECR, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction).
- Use the data obtained through the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission.
- Use the Service to build or train a competing product or dataset.
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the way you contact businesses through or as a result of using the Service.
5. Data accuracy
Business information and email addresses are retrieved from third-party and public sources. We do our best to surface useful, current information, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Email addresses may be estimated or unverified, and you should exercise your own judgement before relying on any information.
6. AI-generated content
The Service generates message drafts using AI. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any message before you send it, and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and lawful.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (your leads, contacts, notes, and messages). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use any personal data you add.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Candour IT Services Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may also modify or discontinue features over time.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, including how you contact businesses or handle their data.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
